Q: Can you make Spectra® Breast Pumps hands free?
A: Yes! Spectra® CaraCups give your breast pump a new dimension by making hands-free pumping easy! Unlike traditional bottles and flanges, CaraCups inserts are placed in the inner bra, allowing moms to express breast milk hands free. In design, CaraCups are also  lightweight, BPA and DEHP free, operate on a true closed system and are compatible with all Spectra® breast pumps, as well as other brands.

Q: How much do CaraCups hold?
A: Each Spectra® CaraCup can hold up to 250ml. The kit includes both standard breast shields and wearable CaraCups that allows you to either pump directly into cups or bottles as well as being compatible for use with all Spectra® breast pumps.

A: The Spectra® CaraCups come in the following sizes. Medium which is 24mm and large which is 28mm.
