"I you are looking for something to stop hot flashes this is not for you, but if you are looking for something to help with hot flashes this is great. When you first feel the hot flash coming on you hit the button and the hot flash does not go full fledge and only lasts a few minutes, also know you have to move it around on your arm to get the best spot for you. It works you just have to learn the device."
