Poor customer service
"Product is excellent. First contact customer service excellent. Follow through service terrible. I never received an order confirmation or receipt. I was never updated with shipping status delay. Upon inquiry person on phone had little to no customer service ability to soothe situation or make right. A promised follow up email two days later never arrived. When I called again to cancel was informed item shipped and in fact had arrived at my post office."
