Q: How do I choose the correct breast flange insert?
A: To determine the best flange size for you, you'll need to measure your nipple. Take a tape measure or ruler and measure the diameter width across your nipple in millimeters. Do not include measurements for your areola, the larger part around your nipple. Select your flange size based on your measurement diameter.

Q: What size flange insert do I need?
A: The correct flange diameter is 3 to 4 millimeters larger than the nipple. For example, if your nipple is 19 mm in diameter, then the perfect flange is 22 - 23 mm.

Q: I suffer from sensitive skin. Do the inserts contain any toxins in the materials used for these flange inserts?
