We love the concept and
"We love the concept and this Walker-Transport but, in our case, found a couple of problems. (1) the seat is situated too high for patient (because of short legs) which then results in patient falling forward out of seat when trying to maneuver over a bump. And (2) the seat is hard with no cushion. Since there is no way to lower her seat we literally cannot use it, which is very unfortunate because it is the otherwise perfect solution to her transportability within the confines of our small tight cornered-tight access doorways. We wish you would contact us with a solution, for instance, a swap for one more suitable without further cost, considering our limited budget constraints. Thank you."
